A Humidifier for My Son's Room

Two months ago we moved into our new home and purchased a Crane humidifier for my son's room. We read many humidifier reviews before choosing this model and I am glad we made the right choice. Compared to the previous dehumidifier, this unit works so quietly and releases a lot more moisture. It is a well made appliance with a sleek design and I my son loves that it brightens up his room.

Overall, maintenance for this unit is quite easy as there is no need for a water filter. Although the water tank is said to have a 2.33 gallon capacity, it really is just 1 gallon. So the only setback is that you have to refill the unit every day and that is quite bothersome. If you allow the water to sit, mold will start to appear. It happened once when we left the stale water in the unit for a few days when we were away on vacation.
